Exceptional service at Alpensia resort
Waking up to the breathtaking lake view was a highlight! The staff were incredibly attentive, quickly responding to our requests and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. From dining options to the beautiful surroundings, everything was delightful.
One downside was the limited variety of breakfast that remained fairly consistent over several days. the furniture showed signs of wear which slightly took away from the overall luxury experience.

Skiing access was surprisingly convenient, with rental services just a five-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to a variety of tastes. the customer service fell short. staff appeared indifferent and unhelpful during inquiries. Room furnishings showed signs of wear, and the overall maintenance did not meet expected luxury standards. Though the views from the resort are stunning, the disorganization and unpreparedness reflected negatively on the overall experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The golf course was stunning, with each hole reflecting famous designs. The water park was a blast, perfect for both indoor and outdoor fun. Staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Definitely coming back for another trip!
